The Ghana Shippers\u2019 Authority (GSA) and the Association of Ghana Industry (AGI) have reinforced their relationship to help address the challenges faced by shippers across the country to support economic growth.<\/p>\n

The two organizations over the years have had a close relationship and organised sensitization programs to empower shippers as well as push for some port reforms which have gone a long way to improve the country\u2019s ease of doing business indicators.<\/p>\n

\"\"As part of effort to improve the gains chalked, the GSA paid a working visit to the AGI on 23rd<\/sup> February, 2022. The visit was to deliberate on matters of mutual concern as well rekindle the relationship between the two organizations.<\/p>\n

The team from GSA led by the Head of Freight and Logistics, Mr. Fred Asiedu-Dartey and Head of Shipper Services and Trade Facilitation, Mrs. Monica Josiah used the opportunity to inform the AGI about the prompt compliant response mechanism which has been established by the Authority.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Josiah entreated the members of AGI to download the Shippers\u2019 App and obtain vital shipping information as well as lodge http:\/\/theshoalspharmacy.com<\/a> complaints in case of shipping challenges. She added that complaints can also be lodged by calling the official numbers of the GSA or via 0550005979.<\/p>\n

\"\"The team from AGI led by its Chief Executive Officer, Seth Twum Akwaboah was pleased with the visited and used the occasion to acknowledge the strong relationship between the two organizations. He urged the Authority to take advantage of the AGI Industrial Summit to get in touch with more of its members and expose them to the support being offered by the GSA.<\/p>\n
